will be accepted at Ludhiana/Delhi, modelwise & colourwise,
on first-come first-serve basis. |

Prices
& statutory levies prevalent at the time of Delivery are
applicable irrespective of when the initial payment is made. |

Octroi
charges, if any, are to be borne by Customer. |
| 4. |
All
disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of court of Law at
Ludhiana. |
| 5. |
Payment
to be given by Demand Draft of a nationalised bank in the name
of CANTEEN STORES DEPARTMENT PUBLIC FUND ACCOUNT MAIN PAYABLE
at JALLANDHAR for the CSD PRICE and in favour of GODAWRI
MOTORS PVT.LTD. payble at DELHI/LUDHIANA for the balance. |

Delivery
schedule and availability of Models/Colors is as per the policy
of Hyundai Motor India ltd. |
| 7. |
Hyundai
Motor India Ltd. reserves the right to change the order acceptance
procedure, equipment specification and discontinue models &
colours without prior notice. |
| 8. |
The
registration of the vehicle and issue of registration certificate
is at the sole discretion of the Transport Authority. |
| 9. |
Please
obtain proper official receipt for the payment made. |
| 10. |
The
offer is subject to Force Majeure. |
