Payment
will be accepted at LUDHIANA modelwise & colourwise,
on first-come first-serve basis. |

Incase
of sale through Finance Company, delivery will be made upon
the receipt of all relevant documents and payment from the
Finance Company. |
| 3. |
Price
& statutory levies prevalent at the time of Delivery are
applicable irrespective of when the initial payment is made. |
| 4. |
Octroi
to be borne by Customer. |
| 5. |
All
disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of court of Law of
Ludhiana. |
| 6. |
Color
choice is required other than the one mentioned above, priority
would change accordingly. |
| 7. |
Delivery
of the vehicle by the dealer is subjected to force major events
and the dealer shall not be reasonsible for delay in delivery
of vehicles. |
| 8. |
Payment
to be given by Demand Draft/Pay order in the name of GODAWRI
MOTORS PVT. LTD. payable at LUDHIANA . |
| 9. |
Delivery
schedule and availability of Models / Colours is as per the
policy of Hyundai Motor India ltd. |
| 10. |
Hyundai
Motor India Ltd. reserves the right to change the order acceptance
procedure, equipment specification and discontinue models
& colours without prior notice. |
| 11. |
The
registration of the vehicle and issue of registration certificate
is at the sole discretion of the Ludhiana Transport Authority. |
| 12. |
Please
obtain proper official receipt for the payment made, company
will not take any responsibility for any payment done without
taking official receipt Accounts Department.. |
| 13. |
No
receipt is valid unless obtained on our official receipt. |
| 14. |
Cheque
Payment Subjected to encashment only. |
| 15. |
The
offer is subject to Force Majeure. |
